VibeSafe Daily collects an email address when you ask for the daily card. This page says what that address is for, who handles it, and how to stop or delete it.

The publisher is VibeSafe Daily.

Postal address: 900 SE 5th St, Suite 22 #97, Bentonville, AR 72712

Contact hello@vibesafedaily.com.

What we collect

The email address you submit.

When you click the confirmation link, the time you confirmed, the page you signed up from when the form sent one, and the version and wording of the consent sentence shown next to the signup form.

The signup route also reads the request's IP address to slow repeated attempts. That counter stays in memory on the server for a short window. It is not written to a database and it is not stored on the contact.

Why

The address is how the daily card reaches you. The confirmation link checks that the address is yours before anything is subscribed. The confirmation time and the consent wording are the record that you opted in and which sentence you saw. The signup page is kept so we know where the request came from. The card is one email a day after you confirm: a symptom, a root cause, a short fix, and a two-minute check for an app you own.

Processors

Resend stores the contact, including the confirmation time, signup source, and consent wording as contact properties, and sends the email. That includes the confirmation message and the daily card. Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics, which records page views. The email address you submit is not sent to Web Analytics.

We do not sell or share it

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not let other companies use it for their own marketing. Resend and Vercel handle it only to host the site and send the email.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Every daily card includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write hello@vibesafedaily.com to unsubscribe or to ask for the address to be deleted. A deletion request removes the contact, including the consent record stored on it.

Retention

The address is kept while you are subscribed so the card can be sent. If you unsubscribe, Resend keeps it suppressed so a later send does not mail you again. A deletion request removes the contact. This site does not keep its own copy of the list. Hosting logs follow the host's retention, not a separate store here.

European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for the email is your consent. You give that consent when you click the confirmation link. You can withdraw it by unsubscribing or by asking us to delete the address.

You can ask us for access, correction, or deletion, and you can object to our use of the address.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. To use any of these rights, write hello@vibesafedaily.com.

California

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to know the personal information we collect, to delete it, or to correct it. That information is the email address, the confirmation time, and the signup source when we have one. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Write hello@vibesafedaily.com to make a request. You do not need an account.

Children

VibeSafe Daily is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us an email address, write hello@vibesafedaily.com and we will delete it.

The terms cover how the site and the email may be used.
