These terms cover vibesafedaily.com and the daily email from VibeSafe Daily. If you use the site or confirm a subscription, you are agreeing to them.

The content is informational

The cards, fix prompts, and self-checks describe problems that showed up in public write-ups and suggest what to look at. They are information only. They are not a promise that a fix will work, that an app is secure, or that a problem is gone.

The site, the cards, and the email are provided as-is and as available. VibeSafe Daily makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Use the prompts only on apps you may test

Use the fix prompts and self-checks only on apps you own or are authorized to test. Do not use them to access, scan, or change an app, account, or project you do not have permission to test.

Not professional or legal advice

Nothing on the site or in the email is legal advice, security advice, or other professional advice, and it is not a security audit. Decisions about an app are yours. For a legal question, talk to a lawyer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VibeSafe Daily is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, revenue, or access, arising out of the site, the cards, the prompts, or the email.

If VibeSafe Daily is liable for a claim, the total is limited to the amount you paid VibeSafe Daily for the service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply as far as the law allows.

The email and these terms

The daily card is optional. You are not on the list until you confirm. You can unsubscribe from any card. The privacy page says what we keep and how to ask for deletion.

These terms are governed by United States law. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above is the version in effect. If you keep using the site after that date, the new terms apply. Before starting a formal dispute, write to us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
