Bolt stops responding mid-build

Symptom

The chat spinner never finishes, or Bolt repeats the same edit and does not take new instructions.

Root cause

Bolt's troubleshooting guide says a stuck or unresponsive Bolt is often a full context, and that clearing it with the /clear command resolves it. The same page says to reset context between major tasks, then ask Bolt to read README.md before the next instruction. For a real bug, it says not to keep pressing a blind fix: add debug logging, reproduce in another tab, and paste the console output back.
